These ETFs Are Wobbling On China, Fed Moves

Major U.S. index ETFs wobbled Wednesday, opening high for the second consecutive day but paring gains as investors weighed overseas action and Fed comments on rate normalization. Stock ETFs pulled back after a top Federal Reserve official described a September rate hike as "less compelling" now.
