Greece, Europe, China ETFs Surge In World Recovery

Stock ETFs surged Friday as investors cheered renewed signs of a eurozone deal with debt-saddled Greece. A second day of robust market action in China further boosted the stock market today is well below both its 50-day and 200-day moving averages.
